Welcome to Jfuse — a modern fusion Japanese restaurant inspired by passion, creativity, and years of culinary experience.

Jfuse opened its doors on April 26, 2024, and is the second restaurant from Chef James Park, a sushi chef with over 13 years of experience. After launching J:unique Kitchen in 2018 — a popular fusion Japanese spot in downtown Ottawa (381 Cooper Street) — Chef James wanted to bring something a little more elevated to the city.

Located at 175 Main Street, Jfuse was created to meet Ottawa’s growing craving for high-end Japanese dining. With a stylish and relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for date nights, celebrations, or just treating yourself, we offer a unique experience that blends modern flair with Japanese tradition.

Our menu includes a wide variety of kitchen-made dishes and sushi bar favorites, along with an impressive selection of premium sake. We also serve wines and Japanese-inspired cocktails that pair perfectly with our food.
